The operating modes of the sensor and the modeling work that has been performed to validate the design and predict the performance of the infrared imaging system is described in the preceding slides.

In the next few slides, some of the work that has been done to fabricate and test the MEMS cantilever sensor structures and imaging arrays, and an alpha prototype camera system fabricated to demonstrate the performance of the fabricated imaging arrays, is outlined.
